- Posters should be placed before 11:00, April 8 (Mon) [For the whole posters]
- Poster display time: 11:00, April 8 (Mon) ~ 14:00, April 10 (Wed)
- Poster presentation time (Day 1): 13:30 ~ 14:30, April 8 (Mon)
- Poster presentation time (Day 2): 13:30 ~ 14:30, April 9 (Tue)
※ There will be a review for the student presentation award during the poster presentation time.
- Posters should be removed: 14:00-15:00, April 10 (Wed)
3. Poster Size: Max. 1,200mm (height) x 900mm (width)

* Poster Board Size: 2,500mm (height) x 950mm (width)

- The presentation number will be posted at the top of each panel
- Presenters are expected to be available near their poster during the presentation time for discussion with the participants.
- Adhesive tape will be provided to attach your poster on the board. Using pins is strictly prohibited.
[Best Student Presentation Awards]
All student speakers will be reviewed by the session chair and program committee for their oral and poster presentations during the conference.
The 2 best presentations (Oral Session - 1 / Poster Session - 1) will be selected and announced on April 10. The Best Student Presentation Award will be held on April 10 (15:30-15:45).
