[Notice]

  • Registration fee (regular participant & student) includes invited lectures, oral sessions, poster sessions, welcome reception, and lunch (Mon-Wed, 3 days).
  • Student participants should attach a copy of their student ID or certificate of studentship.
  • Banquet ticket for the symposium banquet can be purchased during online registration.
  • It’s not possible to buy banquet tickets online separately from the registration fee. If you need a separate payment for a banquet ticket, please contact bfr2024org@gmail.com. (You can make an on-site payment for a banquet ticket.)

  • Bank Transfer (The bank transfer charges should be paid by the participant.)

[Cancellation Policy]

  • Until March 20, 2024: 100% Refund (Exclusive of Banking Charges)
  • After March 21, 2024: No Refund
